On 14th December 2024, Sri Balaji University, Pune, hosted a special talk titled “A Tribute to the Valour of the Indian Armed Forces” organized by the School of Defence & Strategic Studies (SDSS). The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the distinguished guest, Lt Gen Shamsher Singh Mehta, PVSM, AVSM and Bar, VSM (Retd.), a revered 1971 Indo-Pak War veteran. The session provided an insightful reflection on the valour, resilience, and strategic brilliance of the Indian Armed Forces during the 1971 war.
